Taken from a Spanish power-of-attorney. The previous section authorises the attorney-in-fact to invest solely in fixed-income securities so I assume they're following on and referring to bonds. That said, I'm not quite sure what they mean with "agregaciones de hojas de cupones".

a falta de algo mejor ... I think this is referring to the coupons that have been stripped from bonds, that can later be added back, but I have not been able to find any technical term for it.
