I have a document that I am translating which deals with the shared custody of children. The line in question is:
"as partes acordam que as filhas viajarão com a convivente..."
To me, it's sounds like the children live with the mother and so she is the parent who has primary custody of the children. Does anyone have any other ideas about this?
