Mein eigener Vorschlag:
L'imputata apriva con uno strumento la porta dell'appartamento che era stata chiusa senza mandate di chiave

ups, das "a chiave" hatte wohl nicht mehr in die Zeile gepaßt...
daher ist es abgeschnitten...

| Grazie! Ci penso un po'...preferirei in un testo giuridico stare più vicina al testo, quindi tradurre anche il "ins Schloss gezogene", ma in effetti quello che dici tu è il "succo del discorso".. ;-) |
