It's about a tax statement
I am translating Form 190 Income tax from the Spanish Tax Office, and I cannot find the meaning of two of the terms, which are under the general category of Percepciones en Especies. They are: "Ingresos a cuenta efectuados" e "Ingresos a cuenta repercutidos".
I would very much appreciate your assistance with this.

English translation: income to account offset
"Repercutir" means to offset (as a translator in Spain, for example, you offset VAT paid against VAT collected in behalf of the Treasury). Below is, I believe, the income tax form you are referring to, in which Ingresos repercutidos is offset against Ingresos efectuados.

Clarification of the repercutir concept:
Es decir, fiscalmente se reconoce la posibilidad de que no sea el trabajador quien soporte el ingreso a cuenta, sino el empresario. Y lo hace diciendo que, en ese caso, el ingreso a cuenta se convierte, en sí mismo, en parte del valor del producto recibido en especie: si el ingreso a cuenta, carga tributaria del trabajador, lo paga el empresario de su bolsillo, incrementará el valor de la especie.
Con números: si el producto en especie se valora en 200 €, el trabajador tiene calculado un tipo de retención del 10%, y el ingreso a cuenta no se le repercute, la valoración final de la renta en especie sería, finalmente, de 220 €. Por el contrario, si se le repercute, la valoración de la renta en especie sería únicamente de 200 €.
En definitiva, la legislación fiscal se limita a imponer la obligación del empresario de efectuar el ingreso a cuenta en la hacienda pública por las retribuciones en especie que satisfaga a sus empleados (consulta 0426-98), remitiéndose al pacto que pueda existir entre las partes acerca de su repercusión o no en la nómina del trabajador (consulta 1883-02), y regulando únicamente los efectos fiscales de una u otra posibilidad.
Y ciertamente en la práctica resulta así: en unas ocasiones el ingreso a cuenta se repercute al trabajador y en otras no.
