le Chant sur la Lowé comprend une cinquantaine de membres : choristes, danseurs, musiciens et encadreurs.
I have never seen "encadreur" used in this context before. I have already considered and rejected "mentor". I just have no idea what function these "encadreurs" could have here! Help!!

The big advantage with "encadrement" is that it isn't too big an insult to a musical director (conductor) or similar people, but also can include more menial tasks.
