Expelled
This is the word used normally to refer to Jesuits expelled from wherever (Latin America, Spain, indeed worldwide!).

Some examples, I didn't have time to seek out earlier:
“In Spain the Jesuits have been expelled or disbanded five times since 1776.”

“The Jesuits were expelled from the kingdom, and important non-Portuguese members of the Order were imprisoned.”

“This mission strategy continued for 150 years until the Jesuits were expelled in 1767.”

banished
Another option!
The royal decree banishing the Society of Jesus from Spain and the Spanish dominions reached Manila on May 17, 1768. Between 1769 and 1771 the Jesuits in the Philippines were transported to Spain and from there deported to Italy.

Finally in September 1759 a decree of banishment was issued against the Jesuits.

The French and Spanish governments decided to banish the Jesuits.

Discussion
The point is that the Jesuits expelled from the Spanish colonies sailed back to Spain and arrived in Puerto de Santa María, from where they were promptly expelled again, many of them to Italy.
The meaning of "ultramar" is the same as in the term "Ministerio de Ultramar", which was Spain's Colonial Ministry (when it had colonies): "que tenía a su cargo la administración y gobierno de los territorios ultramarinos españoles" (DRAE).
The arrival of the Jesuits in... after their expulsion (1767-1774)
The banished Jesuits arriving at.... after their expulsion (from abroad/overseas)
