I think it is likely to be the estimated glomerular filtration rate, a measure of kidney function. The capitalization eGFR is more consistent with this than for EGF receptor, which is usually all caps (EGFR) or with a lowercase r (EGFr) but never with a lowercase e.
Unless you have reasons to believe that epidermal growth factor receptorwould be assessed specifically in this study, the glomerular filtration rate seems more likely as a general clinical measurement.
