Patient hospital report
Hi,
I'm translating a hospital report for a patient with suspected heart disease. In the part that describes the examinations I've got:
"E.N: rima orale simmetrica, lingua normosporta, pupille isocicliche/ isocoriche/ normoreagenti allo stimolo luminoso".
I guess E = esame but I don't know what the N is. Does anybody know?
