Soit DDP LAVERA, étant entendu que s’agissant de l’introduction dans un EFS les taxes à la consommation n’ont pas à être acquittées.

AFAIK, the UK equivalent would be a 'bonded warehouse'; I suspect, but don't know for sure, that this may be an internationally-agreed term.

However, I'm a little puzzled about the idea of fuel being delivered by pipeline into a... warehouse? Perhaps the term is used more broadly to mean any kind of bonded storage area, including also a tank farm, for example...
