So: '...RBBB + LAHB...'?
What does RV mean?!

: I'm sorry, but this is wrong for 2 reasons. 1) This is an ECG report, which would not report a scar. 2) EAS and RV are Italian acronyms, and the acronyms do not represent English words; they're Italian and need to be translated.
