Contract” and (solely in respect of cover under 3.8 if agreed at all in the
contract) the bodily injury, property damage or remediation costs occur
subsequent to the execution of that Insured Contract and do not arise due to
the sole negligence of the party with whom the insured has entered into such
contract or agreement or (solely in respect of cover under 3.8 if agreed at all
in the contract)
taková smlouva či dohoda je ve smlouvě uvedena jako „Pojištěná smlouva“
a (výhradně ohledně krytí podle článku 3.8, pokud je ve smlouvě vůbec sjednáno)
ke vzniku škody na zdraví, věcné škody nebo nákladů na nápravu dojde po
uzavření této Pojištěné smlouvy a nejsou způsobeny výhradně nedbalostí osoby, s
níž pojištěný uzavřel takovou smlouvu nebo dohodu, nebo (jen ohledně krytí
podle článku 3.8, pokud je ve smlouvě vůbec sjednáno)
