This is, again, part of a very badly written blog.
I imagine that the C stands for 'clinique', as it is mentioned as a place where people who have neurostimulators go, frequently, throughout the text. (It doesn't mean 'Functional Residual Capacity')
Context:
'Suite a un séjour en CRF y sont tellement bien étiré et force que 1 electrode a descendue de 1 cm...'
Another blogger talks about a
'sejour en CRF desastreux...'

: I note your source, although I know CRF as shorthand for "centre de rééducation fonctionnelle". Both exist and w/o reference to a centre in particular, impossible to say. In either case, "Rehabilitation Centre" would be a suitable solution.

Thanks Nikki. In spite of my grammatical glitch, I think that "fonctionnelle" should probably also get a mention. Yes, it could be "rééducation", but as you say, "rehabilitation" would serve in either case.
