Firm undertakings is quite absurd. That means solid commitments ("szilárd/biztos kötelezettségek). Undertakings on its own either means kötelezettségvállalás or (in Eurobabble) vállalkozás. So either way that is an absurd translation of cégügy. Please google "corporate matters" and you'll see that's a good translation, e.g. http://www.lwh-law.com/areas/corp/corp.html
