Spanish term

transporte marítimo disponente de espacios contratados

Spanish to English Art/Literary Transport / Transportation / Shipping Marine transport
I'm not sure disponent (as in disponent owner) is the right word here. There are zero hits for "disponent marine transport". Not sure what the word means in this context.
TIA! To UK English.
: )

Original
Es una división especializada en transporte marítimo disponente de espacios contratados (Armador-Slotista).

Rough drat
This division specialises in disponent marine transport of chartered spaces (shipowner-charterer).

(It is a division specialised in maritime transport and manages (previously) contracted spaces

la división dispone, no el transporte. Es un contratista que, sin ser dueño del buque, vende espacio a bordo.
Note from asker:
I don't see how disponent adds any meaning. I also never see disponent used without "owner". "This division specialises in marine transport of chartered spaces." Same difference, right?
Is it just an industry word that's been hijacked meaning, "This division specialises in marine transport, having chartered spaces available"?
Peer comment(s):

agree philgoddard : Disponente means "with" or "having". You could say "offers capacity on a contract basis".

maritime transport with slot charters

Maritime = related to seafaring, e.g. maritime legislation as it relates to sea travel, compared with marine legislation, which might relate to wildlife, environment, etc. Difference is not clear cut, but maritime is used more with shipping.
As for espacios contratados, the clue here is in "Slotista" - slot-ist?
Disponente is from "disponer de", to have.
Depending on how you want to word it, you might go with:
The division specialises in maritime transport offering chartered slots/with slot charters (Shipowner-Slot Charterer)

"The term slot charter means a charter party whereby the shipper leases one or more “slots,” aboard a container ship. Each slot will be capable of holding a 20-foot container."
