PERO no pondría "que da forma", sino algo así:
del 40:9, formando un inclusio, una especie de envoltura literaria que reúne los dos capítulos en una sola unidad.
La idea es que las dos expresiones hacen un inclusio: los dos capítulos quedan unidos tematicamente.
