Obalová zóna komunikácie

Slovak to English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering
This is a heading from a Strategický rozvoja dopravy v SR do roku 2030. I think it's a table heading but I'm proofreading the document which has been exported for bilingual review so I can't be sure. The original translator has rendered it as 'road's packing zone' which I am certain is wrong.

If anyone has any suggestions I would be most grateful.

I had to address the same issue some time ago. It is weird this option is missing here for two identical answers given at the same time...

You should perhaps give it to Stuart as he was more confident. I was kind of guessing...
