Spanish term

SOLEO DE ASPECTO ECOGRAFICO CONSERVADO

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) ULTRASOUND REPORT
In know what the words are individually but I don't understand the meaning of this phrase, which is taken from a medical report of an ultrasound of an inured leg.

Are they saying that based on the ultrasound image the soleus looks intact?

I'm including the line the follows it below:

SOLEO DE ASPECTO ECOGRAFICO CONSERVADO
GEMELOS: DESGARRO PARCIAL DEL TERCIO PROXIMAL DEL GEMELO EXTERNO

I just checked on Google, and it seems "ultrasound appearance" is much more common than "echographic appearance".

Please note that the usual medical translation of "conservado" is "normal". I'm not sure whether "intact" is commonly used.

Hi Hinara,
I'm always glad to help.
Note from asker:
Thank you, Giovanni. That's what I surmised but I was not sure.
Yes, I used "ultrasound" and "normal". Thanks, again for confirming the meaning of the phrase.
