Spanish to English Other Food & Drink Meat production
This is for a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) report and under the Corrective Action column it says:
"Se modificó la consigna de Tª de lavado de cajas y no se disponía de la IT actualizada."

Any ideas please?

No feedback from client so far I've not had feedback from the client so far... so it's still a mystery. In the end I went for "Working Instruction (WI)"

IT would be TI in Spanish... Thanks David, but IT would be TI in Spanish. Of course, it might be that they're using the English IT but it's hard to judge really. So far, I've left it as "IT" but think I'll have to ask the client... Thanks for your input on this. A very frustrating translation that is taking three times longer than normal - sigh!
