English to Russian Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)

Subject to Clause X, the Associate shall at all times during and after the term of this Agreement, keep the Company, its Affiliates and its and their employees, Contractors and agents indemnified against any claim, demand, action, proceeding or liability of whatsoever nature arising out of or in any way connected with this Agreement or the performance, mls-performance or nonperformance (whether negligent or otherwise, AND HOWSOEVER A HEAD OF DAMAGE MAY BE FORMULATED and Including any claim, demand, action or proceeding in respect of the equipment supplied) by or on behalf of the Company of Its obligations under or arising out of this Agreement, brought or instituted against the Company or its Affiliates or its or their employees, Contractors or agents by any third party (including any claims from the Contractors);
