"Pase de cocina": Unsure about the meaning I don´t know much about cooking, but my instinct says to me that the meaning needed here might be different to the answers already suggested. See below one possible additional meaning of "pase".

h) Tiempos de servicio. También se llama tiempo de pase. Consiste en señalizar mediante una raya horizontal cuando deben pasarse los platos comandados. Por ejemplo un menú formado por tres platos tiene tres tiempos de pase.
Rick Larg Aug 2, 2020:
Good value for money if this means a 6 course tasting menu - and I am not arguing against the idea- it is excellent value. At least for the Balearics! Even with today's problems...

agree Carol Gullidge : logically, this has to be it, although I have to say that I've never seen "pase de cocina" used in this way!

agree neilmac : @Carol: Cf. "pase de modelos". IMHO, they want to make it seem classy, like a fashion show, with each dish as the "model"...
4 hrs
agree patinba : More frequently seen as "pasos"

agree Helena Chavarria : 'Dishes' is another option.

agree David Hollywood : yes "pasos" and just means "courses" can't be anything else in this context

agree Rick Larg

agree Elizabeth Hancock : the sentence in itself doesn't make a lot of sense but agree that 'course' would be the most logical translation
1 day 3 hrs
agree Reuben Wright : Ëven if different hot seafood dishes will all be served at different times but stilll one after the other, "courses"in English is what would make the most sense here.

Spanish term (edited): pase/s de cocina

hatch-served dish/es

Depending on the restaurant layout, used figuratively for tit-bits being passed - serially or consecutively rather than simultaneously - out of the kitchen into the restaurant, literally via a serving hatch and likely picked up by a different waiter or waitress each time.
Example sentence:

Explore Victor Otieno's board "serving hatch ideas" on Pinterest.

neutral Carol Gullidge : I agree with your explanation, yet it just doesn't sound natural in English

Thanks, Carol. I forgot to mention that, because of the large number of pases, the kitchen-hatch 'runs' might in fact be self-service pick-ups by the guests and patrons themselves.

A tasting menu is a collection of several dishes in small portions, served by a restaurant as a single meal. The French name for a tasting menu is menu dégustation. Some restaurants and chefs specialize in tasting menus, while in other cases, it is a special or a menu option. Tasting menus may be offered to provide a sample of a type of cuisine, a house specialty, or to take advantage of fresh seasonal ingredients.

The 12-course tasting menu will set you back €245, and they also offer a shorter but equally impressive Lasarte menu for €215. The a la carte options are nothing short of exquisite as well.
