Without limiting in any way the scope of any obligations and/or liabilities of Contractor, Contractor shall procure, or cause to be procured, and maintain, at its expense and for the duration of this Contract, the insurance policies described below with a cross liability provision if requested by COMPANY with insurance companies acceptable to the COMPANY and with policy limits, effective through primary and excess coverage, not less than those indicated in this Article 11.1. The COMPANY shall have no obligation to make any payment to the Contractor under this Contract unless and until the Contractor has provided the COMPANY with satisfactory evidence that it has procured the following insurances:
