“20. Contractual Basis for Supplies

For all orders placed with any Seller, the sales conditions of the correspondent Seller, valid at the time of receipt of order apply; however, the warranty period (except consumable products) must be extended to 12 months. Moreover, to the sales conditions of the Seller, the laws of the Seller's country must apply.”
