English term

dealer/dealership

English to Spanish Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)
Ok, I know the first thing that comes into our mind here is "concesionario". However, they are selling mechanical parts and provide maintenance services. It is a contract between a Distributor and a Dealer. The Distributor sells manufacturer's parts to the Dealer who, in turn, sells them and provides maintenance services. Here's an extract from the contract:

Under a Distributor Agreement executed between Distributor and COMPANY XX, Distributor has been authorized to conduct Distributorship Operations for the sales and service of COMPANY XX Products and Parts.
Distributor is responsible for executing Dealer Agreements and the administration of Service Dealers to ensure that Dealers' responsibilities and capabilities to deliver end user satisfaction are maintained.
The purpose of this Agreement is for Distributor to appoint Dealer as a Service Dealer for COMPANY XX Products, to establish the location from which Dealer will conduct Dealership Operations and to identify the Dealer’s Primary Market Area and to name the Principal Manager(s) and Principal Owner(s) of Dealer.

The thing that's blowing my mind is that I would translate "Dealer" as "Distribuidor", but I can't here because the other party is the Distributor. Any help please?

distributor=proveedor/dealer=distribuidor

Note from asker:

Dealer/Dealership

Siguiendo el hilo de discusión encontré esto:

A dealer agreement is a legal document that outlines the terms of contract between a dealer and a distributor or vendor.

Dealers get to deal directly with the retail clients which usually require less capital and focused business format.
Distributors are independent selling agents, who sell specific goods mainly as wholesalers. They usually purchase goods directly from the manufacturers at wholesale price and sell it to the dealer.
