S'agit-il du "module" ou du "critère" M1 ?

M1 requires bidders to demonstrate that they have experience within the last 10 years providing the categories contained in the RFP by providing two contract references.
Under Section 3.2, bullet iv) (page 17 of the RFP), it is noted that a “project must have been completed by bid closing date”.
Vendors have contracts that span over multiple years and may still be ongoing.
For M1 we request the Crown allow contracts that are ongoing, be allowed  to demonstrate compliance against this criteria, as long as the contract was awarded and has been active for more than 12 months?

Si oui, je crois que c'est bien un critère, comme ici : https://www.lawinsider.com/documents/[object%20Object] Je soupçonne que le « M » vient de Mandatory Criteria, tout comme le « R » dans « R2 » dans la question précédente vient de Rated (Rated Criterion).
