Buenas tardes, estoy traduciendo un contrato de constitución de fideicomiso y en el apartado de Fideicomiso discrecional de capital o renta tengo la siguiente oración:

That's the sort of thing you use the subjunctive for in Spanish. For example: "cuando decidan / donde digan / de la manera que dispongan .... los fideicomisarios".
The words "tal" and "tales" have no place here.
