Hello! I need help with the second half of the second sentence:
Samen zorgen we ervoor dat we de NPS hooghouden en de sales kunnen verhogen. Dit kan door anderen te helpen om de winkel feestdagen klaar te maken of **door kennis te vergaten die jij nodig hebt om de feestdagen goed door te komen.**
The context is a presentation on project management and this is an example. A shop is not yet ready for the busy season of the year, so the project is to get there in time. These two sentences are under the heading "Goal". For some reason, I just can't make sense of the second part, so any help is much appreciated :)
