Pero ¿se busca esta (alta) calidad en todos los tipos de restauración? Me entristece como cocinera ver que no todos los hosteleros tienen esta máxima. Vivimos en un templo del producto, y en muchas ocasiones se sirven productos foráneos intentado disfrazarlos de producto local porque da caché.
