An arm-in-arm transaction is a good idea, though I think - in the UK at least and in the City of London in partiuclar - non-arm's length is commoner.

Compare a legit. preferential trade agreement or a 'fraudulent preference' in insolvency only. I'm unsure 'unfair preference' relates to bankruptcy only,

I - having worked with 'enchufes' in Spain and 'pistons' in France -- find it odd that any Iberian company should ban such a practice.
