reservering vakantiegeld

In the financial statements for a Dutch NGO, in a table titled Current liabilities, under the category Other current liabilities staff, is the entry: **reservering vakantiegeld inclusief sociale lasten** and **reservering vakantiedagen**.
My search shows that it would be something along the lines of "accumulation of holiday pay including social charges" and "accumulation of holiday leave".
Could someone confirm whether this is right, and if not, point me in the right direction?
Thank you!
