Spanish term

requerida o revelada

A little unsure how to interpret requerida in this phrasing.

required by or disclosed to

Although 'requerida' can mean 'requested', I think here it means 'required. The wording is clunky as you have 'requerida' and 'por requerimiento legal' a bit later but it basically means that information that has to be disclosed to a third party because of legal requirements will not be considered to be confidential information.

This data should not be ***required or disclosed***. It would be unlawful to do so.

required or revealed

They do not consider as Confidential Information that which is required from a third party nor that which is revealed to a third party, given the conditions that follow.

neutral liz askew : "disclosed" might be a better option to "revealed"

indeed, thank you for the feedback!
neutral Myriam Seers : "revealed" is not incorrect, but I agree with Liz that "disclosed" is the more common term. Either works though!
