Falsa negación

COVID-19 Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Arrendamiento

Thanks, Sergio
agree philgoddard : But I disagree with your explanation. "Denial of a false signature" is not the same as "false denial of a signature".

If the personal and/or property data provided in this contract by the TENANT is false or if the signature on this contract is falsified, the LANDLORD shall be entitled to consider this contract terminated.

erroneous denial (disavowal)

The idea is connected with a tenant's 'denial of the landlord's title' and which most English land law academics - as opposed to practictioners - can't seem to get their heads around.

The denial may not necessarily be-malicious.

Example sentence:

*Denial of landlord's title* or disclaimer of tenancy by tenant is an act which is likely to affect adversely and substantially the interest of the landlord and hence is a ground for eviction of tenant.

Why in Chaum-van Antwerpen scheme, the probability that a cheating signer disavow a valid signature is 1/q ?

Peer comment(s):

neutral AllegroTrans : You OWN "repudiation"? And others need to attribute credit to you? Don't be so b....y daft
