COMMITTED TERM SHEET, lease facility for equipment lease for gantry cranes
context: COMMITTED TERM SHEET, lease facility for equipment lease for gantry cranes
"- geldigheidsduur (opnameperiode) van 2 jaar waarbij er een Master Lease Agreement (raamovereenkomst) voor de lijn ondertekend wordt."
"-standaard geldigheidsduur (opnameperiode) van de leaselijn van 1 jaar."
I also found the following (maybe relevant?):
"14° opnameperiode : de periode waarin de lening, in een of meer schijven, kan worden opgenomen, overeenkomstig de voorwaarden en modaliteiten, vastgelegd in de toepasselijke contractuele bepalingen inclusief, als dat van toepassing is, het desbetreffende bestek en de bepalingen waarnaar daarin wordt verwezen;" (https://codex.vlaanderen.be/Portals/Codex/documenten/1023494... )

so, it appears we have a few synonyms:

opnemingsperiode
beschikkingsperiode
=
period of loan availability
availability period
drawdown period
commitment period
I do wish you'd stop posting questions before you do the research and find the answer. I thought this might be different, but it wasn't.
"Roll Over Term Loan...can be drawn and extended by way of a roll-over during a fixed drawing period (opname periode/période de prélèvement); upon the expiration of the drawing period, the advances outstanding at such time can be further extended...but no new advance can be drawn after the expiration of the drawing period"
For an equipment line of credit or a lease line of credit, the term 'drawing' is also used to refer to the use of the credit facility: "An equipment line of credit can provide a flexible way to finance business equipment. Since you can draw on it as needed, you only have to spend what you truly need." (https://finimpact.com/small-business-loans/equipment-financi...
https://www.berneunion.org/Stub/Display/149 defines:
drawdown date: A drawdown date is a date on which funds are borrowed under a loan agreement.
drawing period: The specified time period after approval of a line of credit during which the borrower can draw on the credit line.
opname van de lening [uitbetaling] =
drawing under the loan
drawdown under the loan
disbursement of the loan
opnamedatum/opnamemoment van de lening =
drawdown date of the loan
opnamedatum/opnamemoment van de lening =
drawdown date of the loan

indeed, it's also in my Terminologie Financieel Management, but has a typo:
"opameperiode = drawdown period (van lening/krediet)"
Do you need to use two different English terms just because the Dutch does? It looks like they may be synonyms.
