I am translating a document on bonus schemes and I have come across the following sentence:
the maximum was 100% of salary with 0% at threshold, 50% at target and 100% at maximum
This is referring to a change in a company's bonus scheme. I have seen threshold translated as umbral, and I am just wondering whether that would apply here, I have translated the sentence as the following:
