Exclude untranslated segments from memory

Hello,
I have a PPT to translate with comments (lower section of the PPT) that are to be left in French. How do I prevent these French segments from being included in the memory?

One way to do this is:

  • Remove*) all comments (notes).
  • Save the presentation under a new name.
  • Translate as usual.
  • Import all translated segments into the TM.
  • Import the original presentation, with the notes.
  • Run Translate > Insert all exact matches.
  • Export the project.


*) Remove the comments manually or this way:
