Location seems to be one issue. Here in the UK, using bing.com or bing.co.uk, I get the same results as you. However, using bing.fr, I can reproduce Adrien's results. Stop words, such as "a" and "is" within the string seem to be another issue. Sticking with bing.co.uk or bing.com, it is still possible to reproduce Adrien's results using a preceding "+", i.e. +"Moscow is a very beautiful city" See: bing listens Advanced search phrases and operators ...
