Problem with LocStudio installation in Windows Vista

Hi,

I have a probem with LocStudio 6.1 - when I try to open it I receive an error message "Error: The operation stopped". Previously the program was working, but I haven't used it for some time. I tried to solve the issue by uninstalling the LocStudio, uninstalling the NetFramework4 and reinstalling the LocStudio, however the problem still persists. There is no previous version of LocStudio or Helium installed on the computer. Please, I need some help desperately!
