Good morning,
I just checked my e-mail in my aol account realizing that I got a spam e-mail through proz.com. Has this happened to any of you? What do I have to do at this point other than submitting a support ticket?
Any suggestions?

This website cannot control who e-mails you so, unless the sender is a registered user (in which case you can report them to the site administrators), just disregards such mails as you normally would if they were sent to you directly.
I've received quite a few such mails through the site (one variant professes romantic interest). Definitely annoying.

A few weeks ago I received some "love" emails ans some scams as well through my Proz account. I was very indignated but I don´t believe is Proz fault or that they can controle it.

I searched the directory but could not find a Marc Wu among the users. The fact someone claiming to represent www.proz.com writes typos & poor English does not bid well.
