CON CLAUSULA ESPECIAL

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright Power of Attorney (Michoa
Good Afternoon WordReference Forum,

I am working with an Attorney of Power from Mexico and I really don´t understand the English equivalent of this phrase: “CON CLAUSULA ESPECIAL”

My attempt: FOR COLLECTIONS AND LAWSUITS, all general powers and even any special powers requiring a special clause in accordance with the Law, for the purposes of representing me in all of the businesses that I currently have and in the following which are offered to me: Civic, Criminal, Tax, Commercial, Administrative matters, to file complaints and lawsuits for crimes that have been committed and committed against me to damage my reputation, collaborating with the Public Ministry and to incorporate civil action to demand payment/restitution to cover the damage cause by the crime; so as to bring injunction and withdraw from it when necessary.
A SPECIAL CLAUSE IS PROVIDED in order to process the NorthAmerican passport, before the Authorities that pertain to the United States of NorthAmerica of my youngest daughter LAURA SARA RODRIGUEZ ANGEL.
The current order includes but is not limited, for an infinite amount of time, started from today.

Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (1): Yvonne Gallagher

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

The current order includes but is not limited, for an infinite amount of time, started from today.
What kind of order it might be if you translating a power of attorney??
lorenab23 Jan 5, 2017:
FYI 1) We are ProZ and not Wordreference.
2) It is a Power of Attorney and NOT an Attorney of Power.

no problem with special clause but

Dear Asker, welcome on ProZ.com.

Your text:

"FOR COLLECTIONS AND LAWSUITS, all general powers and even any special powers requiring a special clause in accordance with the Law,"

powers that require a special clause in accordance with the law

"for the purposes of representing me in all of the businesses that I currently have"

it may serve to represent me in all my business / all the businesses that I owe

"and in the following which are offered to me:"

offered hereafter

"Civic, Criminal, Tax, Commercial, Administrative matters,"

civic, criminal, tax, commercial, administrative (subject) matters

"to file complaints and lawsuits for crimes that have been committed and committed against me to damage my reputation,"

(starting from here, the whole part shall be restructured and the verbs shall be harmonised in a consequent order)

*collaborating* with the Public Ministry and *to incorporate* civil action to demand payment/restitution to cover the damage cause by the crime; *so as to bring* injunction and *withdraw from it*(?) when necessary.

"A SPECIAL CLAUSE IS PROVIDED in order to process the NorthAmerican passport, before the Authorities that pertain to the United States of NorthAmerica of my youngest daughter LAURA SARA RODRIGUEZ ANGEL."

First of all, there is no such country as the United States of NorthAmerica :(

WITH SPECIAL CLAUSE to process the North American Passport of my youngest daughter, LAURA SARA RODRIGUEZ ANGEL, for/to the corresponding Authorities of the United States of America .

"The current order includes but is not limited, for an infinite amount of time, started from today."

The present mandate is given in PERSON AND NON-LIMITED, (valid) for an indefinite period, as of this date.

My answer is an attempt only but highlights the places where you need profoundly elaborate your text. You need a native English speaker to correct it.
