Esta parte del documento que estoy traduciendo creo que aborda la parte de marketing o simplemente se quieren dar a conocer. Les copio el extracto:
Se desarrolló espacio publicitario por tres meses en radios locales de las provincias en donde tiene presencia la Organización. Esto sirvió para pautar las viñetas de campañas facilitados por la región, logrando llegar a comunidades rurales.
Supongo que con el "facilitado" se refieren a los espacios.
