Здравствуйте, как вы бы перевели 'scorn and ignore everyone else' в следующем контексте:

- As I said before, I don't like reporters. I'll reimburse you. Just text me with the sum. [...]

He's still exactly the same. It's all so easy for him. So easy to scorn and ignore everyone else. He still gets everything he wants. One day, I'll watch you cry like a baby in front of my eyes... And laugh at you, to my heart's content.

Как вариант, я перевела:

Он как всегда получает то, что хочет. Тешит свое самолюбие за чужой счет и растаптывает твои чувства. Он ничуть не изменился.
