Czech term or phrase: LMČ / ES
I'm translating a medical report from Czech to English (UK) and I'm stuck with the acronyms LMČ and ES in the following sentence:

Klin.: normální prokrvení periferie, normální pulsace, bez otoků, játra nezvětšena, srdce vlevo do LMČ, frekvence srdeční 120/min, I. ozva zvučná, IIp normální int., bez šelestu, bez ES, eupnoe,

The report concerns a patient who is a prematurely born baby, and this is the second paragraph of the report, with the first paragraph being "patient history" mentioning that the patient has Patent ductus arteriosus.

Thank you in advance!

? / extrasystoles
Explanation:
ES are most likely extrasystoles.
I searched far and wide for "LMČ", with absolutely no hits.
Given the context, it appears as a description of location, so "Č" could refer to "čára" (line), but I am at a loss for the other two letters.

You got it, it must be "left midclavicular line" (or medioclavicular)

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you for your answer! I think you may be right with čára. I had a feeling before that the "L" could mean "levý", so what do you think about: levá medioklavikulární čára?
