3 | levy of execution application; request for distraint |
|
levy of execution application; request for distraint Explanation: Levy of distress is usually for unpd. rent in the UK. Levy of execution vs. HMRC distraint as a routine Tax Office-type threat as pluralises, both in BrE and AmE, well in the other question to 'levies'. Sequestration means bankruptcy in Scotland vs. seizure of funds South of the Border., such as ex-PM Maggie T. sequestrating or 'sequestering' the UK Miners' reserve Funds during the Miners' Stirke. Now IMO to do with disbursement. Reference: http://www.proz.com/kudoz/danish-to-english/law-taxation-cus... Reference: http://www.16thcircuit.org/Data/Sites/1/media/jak-1695a-exec... |
