Does anyone know the English term for kan-krav, please? The context is occupational health and safety management.

Asker: Thank you very much for your excellent links, Andres. However, as noted in a previous entry, I know that "skal-krav" is "shall requirement"/the term to use in this context. I am looking for the English term for "kan-krav". Would it be "can requirement" or "may requirement", for example? I just need the "official" English term for "kan-krav".
