[Well Workover and Intervention]

A type of milling operation in which the outer surfaces of a plug or similar fish are milled with a circular hollow mill. By including wash pipe in the tool string, the mill face can reach over the body of the fish until it can be pushed to bottom, or until the slips or retaining device can be milled out and the fish retrieved.

عملية تخليص أنابيب مغروزة أو ممسوكة بواسطة ماسورة الغسل، ويكون القطر الخارجي لماسورة الغسل صغيراً جداً بحيث لا تغرز في حفرة البئر، وفي الوقت نفسه لا بد أن يكون قطرها الداخلي أكبر من القطر الخارجي للأنبوبة المغروزة، ويمكن لقدم هذه الماسورة قطع أي مادة حول الأنبوبة من طين أو طبقات أرضية، ويمكن تكرار هذه العملية عدة مرات عندما يكون الجزء المغروز (الممسوك) طويلاً
