I have no context other than this is an agreement between parties to use a premises for a certain purpose and the owner of the premises agrees to take out "premises liability". Anyone?

@Willemina: Een 'opstalaansprakelijkheidsverzekering' is niet hetzelfde als een 'opstalverzekering'. Bij 'opstalaansprakelijkheid' gaat het wel degelijk om risicoaansprakelijkheid. Explanation:
Misschien een wat kort-door-de bocht-oplossing, maar hij wordt wel gebruikt (voorbeeld afkomstig uit België).

' Welke verzekering wordt sterk aanbevolen?

Huisvesting:
Dekt brand, waterschade, glasbreuk, gebouwaansprakelijkheid en natuurrampen: storm, hagel, overstroming .... Deze uitgebreide verzekering moet zowel door de huurder als de eigenaar worden afgesloten, rekening houdend met het verhaal dat tussen de partijen wordt uitgeoefend. De verzekering van de verhuurder dekt de risico's die inherent zijn aan het gebouw (bv. ingesloten leidingen, stormschade aan het dak, enz.), terwijl de verzekering van de huurder de huurrisico's dekt (bv. blootliggende leidingen, enz.).'

Asker: De Engelse (juridische) beschrijving is als volgt: Property owners have a duty of care to maintain a safe environment so that people who come onto the property don't suffer an injury. This responsibility is known as "premises liability." It holds property owners and residents liable for accidents and injuries that occur on their property

Asker: Volgens mij is dit een risicoverzekering en geen schadeverzekering wat opstalverzekering wel is...
