agree  Steffen Walter: "... die ihrer Branche ein völlig neues Gesicht verleihen könnten" oder "die ihre Branche völlig neu ausrichten könnten" / Auf der umgangssprachlichen Ebene fällt mir auch noch "umkrempeln" ein - würde ich hier aber eher nicht verwenden.
