English term or phrase: full satisfaction of judgment
When a judgment has been fully paid, or the judgment creditor has agreed to accept something less than the full amount, the judgment is said to be fully satisfied. In other words, when a judgment is fully satisfied, no one can attempt to enforce the judgment any more.

Is there a term of art in Greek used in Cyprus to describe this concept that a judgment is no longer enforceable because sufficient payment has been made?

If you want to specify that it refers to a monetary sum, you could also say:
"Πλήρης ικανοποίηση χρέους το οποίο επιβλήθηκε με δικαστική απόφαση".

I think "ικανοποίηση" would cover better the second case ("or the judgment creditor has agreed to accept something less than the full amount") than "πληρωμή" or "αποπληρωμή", which would imply that the amount enforced by the judgment has been fully paid.
