in einem Dokument, das die Preise einer luxemburgischen Vermögensverwaltung (hier "société X) sowie deren Berechnung erläutert, kommt dreimal der oben genannte Begriff vor. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, welche Übersetzung die richtige ist.
Gefunden habe ich: Retrozession, Rückabtretung, Rückvergütung, Rückübertragung, Kick-back...
