peer agreement (net): +2| काला कानून Undesirable law, Unpopular law Explanation: कोई भी ऐसा कानून जो लोकमत के विरुद्ध बनाया गया हो उसे जनता काला कानून कहती है। ब्रिटिश शासन काल में जब इस प्रकार के आर्डिनेंस निकाले जाते थे तो उन्हें काला कानून कहा जाता था। वास्तव में यह कोई साधारण कानून ही होता है लेकिन जनता की इच्छा के विरुद्ध होने के कारण इसे काला कानून की संज्ञा दी जाती है। वर्ष 1919 में गोरी सरकार ने भारतीयों के दमन के लिए एक नया काला कानून बनाया। रौलेट एक्ट नाम के इस कानून में अपील, दलील और वकील के इस्तेमाल की इजाजत न देकर आम आदमी की आवाज का गला घोंटने की कोशिश की गई थी। http://rkhabar.indopia.in/17560.html |
