Es handelt sich um eine Speisekarte. Ich weiß, dass zB "granella di zucchero" Hagelzucker ist und "granella di pistacchio" gehackte Pistazien oder "granella di nocciole" gehackte Haselnüsse sind.
Aber was würdet ihr machen, wenn das allein dasteht? Das Naheliegendste annehmen und "gehackte Nüsse" schreiben - Zucker wird es zusammen mit Nutella kaum sein, und welche Nüsse, kann man so offen lassen ...
Oder hat jemand eine andere Idee?

disagree  Dunia Cusin: Dem Originaltext ist nicht zu entnehmen, dass es sich um Haselnüsse handelt. Wie vom Asker schon erwähnt, gibt`s (mindestens genau so) viele Rezepte mit gehackten Pistazien.
